LENGTH OF PARTY

All parties are 2 hours.

The party, including clean up, must end at 12:30 for morning parties and 4:00 for afternoon parties.

NUMBER OF RIDERS

15 children maximum per party.

All children aged 3+ are included in the total number of children, even if they are not riding.

Riders must be 4 years old to ride.

All riders must wear pants.

All riders must have signed release forms and proper footwear before riding.

Adults may not ride.

 

PROPER ATTIRE

All guests should wear long pants and closed-toed shoes or boots.

Guests with improper footwear will be loaned boots.

FEEDING HORSES

You may bring cucumbers (preferrered) carrots and apples to feed the horses.

TES employee must accompany you to feed horses.

Only feed TES horses.

Do not feed privately owned horses.

Do not feed horses with dietary restrictions.

Please make sure that parents are supervising children closely when they are in the barn.

 

FOOD & BEVERAGES

You may bring:

    Food

    Cake

    Non-alcoholic Beverages

You may not bring:

    Outside Caterer 

    Food Truck

    Ice Cream Truck

    Taco Station, etc...

    Alcohol

    Rented Tables and or Chairs

   

DECORATIONS

You may bring:

Table covers

Tabletop decorations

Banner

Paper Pom-Poms

Paper Lanterns

You may not bring:

Decorations that make noise or could frighten horses.

Balloons

Piñatas

Bounce Houses

Noisemakers

Photo Booths

 

TES reserves the right to remove any decorations it deems unsafe.
